I have changed bad gas,new filter,lines bulb, and cleaned the whole needle valve area but it still wont run

Do you have spark.. take cap of spark plug take plug out.. put plug in cap... turn over slow by hand,while resting thread of plug on cylinder head,look for spark.. or try change the plug.. or dirt in tank outlet to carby..!!
