Just bought a Miele Masterchef Double oven.
Did not pay $250 for install and did not want to wait for an installer. Was told it was easy. Connect wiring, push in the oven, put in the four screws.
Everything is working, the lights, the monitor, the fan are all on, however no heat from the oven.
Today, Sunday and Miele customer service closed. Called the store where it was purchased, the Miele rep. said that she has heard of these ovens being put into 'demo mode'.
The installation instructions do not refer to it, I have reset the ovens temperature, settings, and favourites..
Still no luck. Can anyone help an anxious purchaser of a Miele oven?

I Have Never Heard Of Demo Mode,However If The Oven Is Set On Auto Mode It Will Not Come On.I Suggest You Put The Oven On Manual,Should Be Fine Then. Hope This Helps.
