Hi, i've got a Beko wm1412s w/machine and the drum has stopped spinning either in normal program or on a set spin.
I've had the back off and the belt is fine and the drum spins manually also have disconnected and reconnected wires from circuit board and any other parts in case any were loose.also cleaned the filter out.
When set to do a program (e.g.40 wash) the program seems to go through all the motions, filling and emptying water etc its just the drum aint turning.
Much appreciate any answers or other checks i could try.

Change the carbon brushes in the motor....works wonders.
