I have a brother embroidery machine, I have been having a problem and got some helpful advise over the phone from someone I explained the problem I had, the advise given was to change the bobbin case. Apparantly it is a easy thing to do can anyone help me with this.

Thank you for your response, i tried to do a design for my niece this weekend and the problem was no coloured cotton showed on the design, the only cotton showing was white (which came from the bobbin) I had tried previously and the design was very bitty ie did not go up to the edge and was patchy and then the black outline was also very patchy.

Hello Christine,
First of all why do you need to change the bobbin case? unless you have damaged it in someway there should be no need, the bobbin case if you do need one will have to be from a Brother dealer
