i have recenty installed a new black cartridge..
The printer can not found it and is saying the black cartidge is missing..
i have tried switching the printer off for several hours in the hope that this will clear memory and stop the error message.
Black does not print out unless i set properties to photo quality paper..
any help or adice will be most welcome
