I have a renault laguna (y reg) and the front and rear washers are not working. The wipers are ok but no sound from the washer pump and no sign of washer liquid at jets (washer bottle fully topped up) Can anyone help?

Unplug water tubes at the pump,test washers, if you get a puddle of water the pumps fine and your tubes or jets are blocked.(use air pump at petrol station to blow air through tubes at pump to unblock tubes.take jets OFF first).
If no water. check your fuses. If fuses ok,could be a faulty wire somewhere or your pump is knackered and will need replacing. Get a Haynes Manual (they really do help).
