how to fix hotpoint ultima 1200 WM72 wash machine?

Hotpoint ultima 1200 WM72 wash machine.
Does nothing.
the error on the display says "User Guide E30"
Imposible to get user guide.

tried good motor from another hotpoint but still same error.
Any ideas how to reset.
