Trip switch went followed by anti-flood system being triggered. How can I fix it

Let me get this right...it tripped you house earth leakage device & you reset it then the flood protection device activated? Sounds like you have a leak onto or near one of the electrical components. You shouldn't be doing anything except pulling the plug & calling qualified assistance.
