I want to change my code, buttons are now sticking on old code have tried
"enter existing code, Press Prog, Press 60, enter new code, press prog, press reset
but this does not work, do you have any ideas as to any other way I can change it?
Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

Where did those instructions come from, the Net?
There are different ways depending on the age of the panel.

If you have an 'old' 8c you should be using >>

enter Existing Code *,*,*,*,
enter 0,0
enter 0,1
enter New Code *,*,*,*,
press PROG
press RESET.
