OIL HEATING BOILER SMOKE?

My neighbours oil heating boiler is attached to his house next to our kitchen window. It continually billows white smoke which blows across our windows. He says its not smoke but vapour. My question - is it dangerous to our health & should it be doing this?

If your neighbour has one of the latest condensing boilers then the fume will indeed be water vapour.....together with a fair bit of CO2. There will always be some smell - as there will be with any boiler, oil or gas - and you don't really want to be breathing the fumes!
