i replaced water filter . have waterflow, but water not dispensing into icetray

hi mick at the back of the fridge is a double water solnoid,for the ice and chilled water,take off (unplug from mains supply)and strip down (they get stuckoften when new filter fitted)and clean refit.also make sure ice making arm is down in the ice compartment.hope it helps
