Washing Machine Fisher and Paykel GW 611?

I have a Fisher and Paykel Washing machine, Model No. GW 61, less than 7 years OLD. Machine was running O.K all along; last week while it was running and as it was close to the End of a Wash Cycle suddenly made a loud noise and the power tripped. We turned on the power from the external meter box, the machine won't turn on still, no lights are turning on for the machine when connected to that power socket or to any other power socket. Other appliances run OK from that socket.

Any help to repair it will be highly appreciated.

Sounds like the main control module has failed. You will need to call someone out to check the whole machine for the reason it blew the module. Just buying & putting in a new module could be a very costly mistake as whatever caused it may do the same to the new one. You won't be able to take it back & get a refund or exchange it once it has been installed.
