oil preasure light comming on?

i drive a avensis d4d 2001 120,000 miles and my oil preasure light has started to flicker . i checked the oil but its to the level wat can it b

The warning light is for low oil PRESSURE not oil level.
Most commonly either-
1/ the oil is old and degraded or of the wrong viscosity (when was it last changed?) .
2/ the oil pressure switch is faulty.
3/ the oil pump is faulty.
4/ the engine is worn (especially the big end bearings) and unable to maintain pressure.
