When i put my car on this morning the headlights beeped when i put them on. The dials (ie fuel&speed) were also moving around and the digital clock didnt come up until i switched the car back off and then back on.

When i put the headlights on they beeped once but when i opened the car door with the headlights on it only beeped once instead of multiple times. Any ideas what could cause this?
