worcester bosch 240 pressure on 3 bars?

does anybody no how to release the pressure to get it back down to 1.5

Try to find the central heating drain point outside (below floor level on the outside wall, with a square head on the screw part), open that and let the pressure fall. If the pressure continues to rise, your filling loop is not properly closed, or (rarely) the dhw heat exchanger has a hole between the primary and secondary water and would need replaced.

Bleed water off from the radiators - it takes a while, you may need to lose a couple of pints but its the most boiler friendly way!
