Firstly, try the straighteners in another room and check if they work. Are you sure it's not the fuse? How did you test the fuse? The plug should have a screw in the middle that you can unscrew to check the fuse and wires..if it does not have a screw then it is a moulded on plug and you will need to cut the wires and fit a new plug, paste the text below in your browser this will help you fit a plug safely
