fiat bravo gear box linkage?

any ideas what the problem could be. ihave a bravo sx when driving put it into 5th gear press the accelerator and it pops out of gear.

hello it does,nt sound like a linkage problem,sounds like a common fiat problem the gearbox runs low on oil so 5th gear does,nt get enough if any oil so wears the fork out so does,nt engage the gear properly causing it to jump out.
