fitted new battery what next for scantronic 9427 panel 9448?

alarm was going off all day battery went flat and would not recharge, I have replaced the battery and the box outside is flashing what do I do next.

Hi Derek, Put your multimeter across the battery leads, it will read around 13.80 vdc, if it dosent, it is probable that a fuse has blown in the panel, the fuses are 1amp quick blow available from Maplins
