I've tried putting in a full Bobbin and still the stitches at the bottom of the material is loose........
Please help with a solution!!

Hello Bina,
Start at the beginning, make sure the presser foot is up when you thread the machine, make sure the tension is set 4 or 5, make sure the bobbin turns anti clockwise in the bobbin case, you shopuld only just be able to pull the thread through on the bobbin case with slight resistence, makle sure you use a good mercerised thread with no flaws.
