Broken water dispenser Samsung RS21DCNS?

My water dispenser has stopped working. I assume water is still getting into the freezer area because the ice dispenser is working fine. Could it simply need descaling? Any help greatly appreciated.

this could be an expensive repair, read about the rs21 dcns on watch dog, we do about 5 a week with same fault which reoccurs over and over again
