RENAULT MEGANE DIESEL 1.9 {IMMOBILISER PROBLEM}?

KEY THOB WILL NOT ACTIVATE DOORS LOCKS AND IMMOBILISER. PUT IN NEW BATTERIES BUT STILL NO GOOD . CAN I OVERRIDE SYSTEM IN SOME WAY.
