I have Bosch single oven. HBN3550GB/02 Type HBT294?

When you switch the oven off using the knobs on the oven, it keeps going, you have to switch it off at the mains to stop it. When the oven is cool we can switch the mains on again.

Hi Tim
When you switch the oven off, the fan is supposed to run for a while to cool the oven down. There is no need to switch it off at the mains.
