how can i fix my gilera dna 125cc 2001?

my gilera dna cut out on me while riding it and now it wont start again.when i try to start it its seems to turn over but not ignite or start.have changed the spark plug but no difference and now its in a few pieces can someone help please.

It could be any number of reasons why it cut out but check that the sparkplug is sparking & that the carburettor is getting fuel.
