Zanussi tumble dryer TC7102W

Machine is working fine & clothes are drying, but I am noticing a lot of water whenever I open the drawer where the water collection tank is sorted, even if this tank is not even full up

Any ideas as to where the additional water is coming from - do I just need to clean out the various filters?
