I have bought a mini quad, when i bought it it worked well and started right away, i am wondering what im doing wrong. i have checked the fuel etc and all is fine?

Chances are you've probably flooded the engine & fouled the plug. Take out the spark plug, clean it with a wire brush or light sandpaper & then see if it's sparking.
If it is, refit it & try start the quad again just using the choke. If it's not sparking, try a new plug.
