Sorry but I can't see how anyone on this site can answer that. We don't know where you live, what work needs doing & how much per hour your local service company charges. Best thing to do is phone your local service company & ask them for an estimate. It will however depend on what part of the machine is shorting out. A broken wire touching the metal cabinet will be much cheaper to repair than a blown heating element for example.
