How can I fix my Beko ECO CARE washing machine?

Hi, i've got a Beko ECO CARE w/machine and the drum has stopped spinning after wash in normal program.
I've had the back off and the belt is fine and the drum spins manually, also have disconnected and reconnected wires from circuit board and any other parts in case any were loose also cleaned the filter out, the carbon brushes in the motor works ok.
When set to do a program, the program seems to go through (all the motions), filling and emptying water, except just the drum aint turning. When takes water its ok but after begins to jerk, only spins at high volume for short time ...very strange behavior. After reset, washing machine still performs strange things. Normally takes the water, passes through cycles of washing and spinning, but instead perform a peaceful movement during washing reversible ... drum looks like a tugging, trying to turn and slow down, and then hits a huge turnover with whistle... Completely have no idea what could be the reason ...
Much appreciate any answers or other checks i could try.
