Zanussi jetsystem 1200 FJS1225W ... When doing a load of washing, it says on the digital led screen 52(mins) but it will take over 3 hours to do a load of washing and throughout the cycle i have to constantly get up to press the green start button about 10 times because the washing machine stops its self an starts to make a continuous bleeping noise until i re-press the start button, it comes up as a error but if i press the green start button it continues the cycle again, until 3 hours later when its finally finished ... please help me fix this problem its driving me insane :)

The easiest and best cure, is almost certainly, to replace the PCB. (The Printed Circuit Board) this is the control unit and is most often the part to go wrong on a washer. You should be able to order one from the manufacturer, alternatively there are plenty of spare parts suppliers out there.
