I noticed the power on light on the keypad was not lit up. The pad would not operate and I dont seem to be able to get power to it. The power light on the main box is off and the PIR's all are showing active.the plug is turned on though..
Any suggestions

Umm you need to ensure the mains is at the panel, the detectors will normally work untill the voltage drops to around 9 volts dc, even though they are 12 volt operation, sort your mains out and you may well have resolved your problem
