how can i stop my volvo v70 car alarm from going off?

i bumped my 2002 volvo v70 front nearside bumper since then the alarm goes off for no reason

My alarm keeps triggering for no reason. I’ve tried deactivating the internal alarm. But still happens. Is it the cold weather? Battery?

Check the bonnet closed switch, might of been dislodged in the bump
