how to fix a middle rear seat belt on mondeo?

i have a 2001 mondeo ghia tddi, and cant get the middle seat belt to pull out ,but cant get to the belt to fix it as its in the back of the seat how can i fix it.

Make sure the seat back is pushed fully back on to its securing clips. If it is not fully locked back on both sides the belt will not move.

the middle seat belts on most cars are of a STATIC lap belt design only, NOT INERTIA TYPE which connect to the door pillars or uprights and fastens diagonally across the body and adjusts to most sizes instantly.The lap belt has to be MANUALLY adjusted each time by either lengthening or shortening the strap.
