hi i have a brand new BEKO WM100W washer the thing is i selected hand wash for one item of clothing and the thing is it wont spin just its soaking wet in machine and doesnt drain either help its been going for ages

Look - I'm a man and I can't really work our washing machine properly but I can work out that Hand Wash is unlikely to result in any spinning action. After washing the clothes are left in water to prevent creases forming - the operator selects the drain function and takes the delicate items out and immediately lays them flat to dry. I suspect it's all finished and you just need to work out how to make the machine drain so you can open the door.
