i have an old glowworm conventional boiler, (not a combi) and i have no heating or hot water! the pilot will light but the burner wont fire up and im not sure why? could anybody help?
The boiler could have a sit gas valve, with three settings off, poilet and on. Make sure the button on the gas valve is turned all the way round.
Check you have power to the boiler.
