how can i fix my renault laguna rt heating?

my heating heats up but does no circulate ,what can be wrong with my renault laguna 1.8rt?

It could be the cable that controls the direction of the air. My cable had a kink in it - I took the stereo and flappy thing out and could see it - so I straightened it and it works again.
