I have changed the diverter valve and water adjuster valve and the led light now flashing to say check smoke pressure switch, can this be replaced or do you think it needs a new fan. Also the pump is hot to touch although system no on any ideas?

the heating on full temperature but radiators are not getting very warm feel quite cold at the bottom, someone suggested altering the pressure but dont know how to do it can anyone help ????????????
