How can I mend my Proline TDC6A tumble dryer?

My Proline TDC6A tumble dryer stops working after about 2 minutes, after waiting for about 5 minutes I can get it going again for another 2 minutes. It heats up ok. I've cleaned filters, checked thermostats.

Hi Terry,

I had the same problem but I have just replaced the relay switch (cost £24) and my TDC6a is working ok now. You will need to take the top off the machine but be aware that there's not a lot of room to work. It's a fiddly job. There are 6 separate connectors - make sure you keep track of which connectors go where. :)
