AEG OKO_Lavamat 1260 Turbo Washer/dryer?

The program timer stops and the machine will continue stuck in that part of the cycle. Actually a little dangerous as it can get stuck in water heating part and really heat the water up! Any Ideas how to fix or best place to get fixed?
