how can i fix the fuel problem on my vauxhall astra?

i have a vauxhall astra 1.4 16v. there is something wrong with the fuel, when i go up a slope the fuel goes down, and wen i park down a slope the fuel goes up. it is also doing only 80miles for 10pounds. i no ders nothing wrong with the needle its the fuel.plz help.
