where is the immobiliser on a 1999 Peugeot 306 HDI and how can i bypass it?

battery died now when i try and start my 306 it is just clicking and will not start (not a starter mottor click) and now when i try and start it when i open the doors the lights flash

It is located in the centre of the dash at the bottom under the clock, you will need to remove the centre console, looking up you will two screws securing it, undo these then it will clide out, there are two connectors , red for the central locking yellow for the immobiliser, as for bipassing it big big question. What is the problem it is causing.
