I bought a used tec ma 1350 and while trying to change the sales tax rate, it started beeping. It continues to beep unless it is in the off or set positions. The manual is no help. Thank you.

You haven't finished programming, so it is telling you to go back to set mode. Turn the key back to there, and press AT/TL (cash button)
