I can't get my transonic 3002 to register, it's stating enter the id number/letter 40 long, but my system only shows 37 numbers

Mines just done the same - it says to go to the navigon website for an activation code but they are updating the website tonight (of all nights!) so we need to just wait (which I am bad at!)
