How do I fix my Hotpointtumble dryer TL61 which is not heating?

My Hotpoint Aquarius Tumble Dryer Model Tl61 is doing everything except heating up , Any Ideas ?

For me it was the right hand TOC (little round thing at the back under the cover plate costs £15 for a pair)
