The wheel is held on by either a circlip or a bolt. Remove which ever type it has. The wheel should pull off, but it will be well rusted on. Apply loads of WD40, then gently tap the wheel rim from behind with a soft hammer or one that is protected with a lump of wood. Be patient, apply careful heat to the centre shaft if you can and eventually you'll win.
