code won't get in?

the car remainds 10 months unused, when i changed the battery of my peugeot 406, and turning the key, the leds red and green lights togheter; peugeot told me to wait an hour, even more, but the green led won't do it, they both unlights ! the problem is to desconnect the code cables, but I want to know the way to proceed, wich color of cable I have to desconnect and to connect again, without using the code, the box of cables are situated near two plastic tubes, from the azir, I suppose, can anaone help me, please ? if so send message, i will be gratefull to the helping hand, thank you !

You will need to get a new or fully charged battery installed in the vehicle,allow the electronics in the car to setup and it should start otherwise you will have to take the vehicle to a Peugeot dealer and your key as they both will have to be put thru the computer to reset,why it should engage the imobiliser(which seems to have happened) on a battery discharge is strange,did anyone try to move it when off the road
