Deck is cracked?

I believe that my deck has a crack in it.I was wondering if I need to purchase a new deck or if we could just put some duct tape over the crack.Also where do I purchase the lubricant to put on the belt?

you can not repair a cracked board,you must replace it.It is not safe to try to repair it.
