The roll at the journal feed does not turn as we input the transaction. I noticed that the belt to turn the pulley is not tight, actually very lost. I also noticed that it shouldn't be too difficult to change the belt by myself. Can I get a replacement belt easily?

Hi.
It depends upon the brand and model. Some machines have to be in Journal mode before they will turn the reel. If you can see the motor turning but the belt is slipping, then you need a belt. If it is not turning, you need to program it.
