The oven comes on and heats up but the fan doesn't appear to be turning. Also food is not quite warm all the way through even though alotted time has gone by.

Could this be the fan? How easy to fix/worthwhile fixing? Oven is almost 11 years old. AEG Competence 3032B model.

could well be a seized fan.remove oven and take off the back panel and you will see the fan motor mounted to the back of the oven cavity
