I have a Samsung RS21 DCNS with NO water coming through?

I have a Samsung RS21 DCNS and the water pipe under the freezer seems to be blocked and won't let water through. I have put a piece if wire through it but it gets stuck.

if you are lucky enough to have a rs 21 you dont need to pay for any repairs...
