Tun ignition off, then back on, wait 7 seconds till the airbag symbol goes of then wait 5 seconds ( count 1 mississippi, 2 mississippi etc to 5) then turn ignition back on ,wait till the airbag symbol goes off then repeat the 5 second count till you have done 3 cycles of the count, turn ignition back on the airbag symbol will flash after the 7 seconds with a steady light but in a slower fashion, this is diagnostic mode. Leave it flashing for a few seconds, then turn ignition off, count the 5 second thing again then start the engine running straight away. Sould be OK then. If no joy try sequence a few more times. I still no joy, leave overnigh then try again. Worked for me and save £ 85 garage bill!.
