Check the motorised valve is working.
With the system on, go to your hot press.
Get someone to turn the room thermostat up to full and down to 0.
You should hear the whirring noise of the motorised valve opening and closing.
If you can't hear it moving, select the thermostat up to full and look for a lever on the side of the valve (the valve will look like a little box on the Hot water pipe out of the tank). Manually move the lever. If this gives you heat into the rads the valve is not electrically moving and needs replacing.
